Los cambios morfológicos, como cóndilo mandibular bífido o trífido son entidades poco frecuentes. El objetivo del presente reporte es describir una variación morfológica del cóndilo mandibular, que tiene cuatro cabezas condilares separadas (cóndilo mandibular tetráfido)
